Noah Stutz to compete at the NHRA Toyota Nationals in Las Vegas / USA
After his second place finish at the European Championship in Hockenheim, Germany. 19 year old Noah Stutz, the youngest licensed Top Fuel racer in the world, will focus on his US career.
Negotiations with various Top Fuel teams the last couple of months have gone well. Noah Stutz will definitely make his US debut at the NHRA Toyota Nationals in Las Vegas (Oct. 30th – Nov. 2nd 2014). He will drive for the American team of Lagana Racing/Nitro Ninja. The Lagana’s have been around the dragster scene for years on the highest level and bring a lot of experience with them. While brother Bobby works on the third place Capco/Steve Torrence driven dragster, Dom has been helping Top Fuel teams in Europe and New Zealand while also driving for an Australian run American Top Fuel team team once in awhile.
Noah Stutz: “Its incredible how fast this has happened. My manager Stefan Meier and I have worked hard the last couple of weeks to make this work. Now I am really looking forward to making my USA professional debut. I would like to thank everyone who has made this possible for me to get me into the NHRA for Las Vegas. To compete with the big names in the dragster scene is a huge honor for me and I’ll do everything possible to clinch a good result. More than twenty drivers will be in Las Vegas and only 16 will make it through qualifying. It will be super exciting! For the future in the US I hope to make a good first impression in Las Vegas.”
